    Unfortunately, cash on delivery is not possible.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we do ship internationally.

  • How much is shipping?
    • For local deliveries:

      Free delivery with purchase

    • For international deliveries:

      International shipping fees and/or taxes will be borne by customers.

  • How long does shipping take?

    For both local and international deliveries, it’ll take 3-5 days.

  • Missed delivery

    For both local and international deliveries, a maximum of 2 deliveries are made.

    You will be contacted by courier via call or email after the first missed delivery to get further instructions of re-delivery.

    Should a re-delivery be required after the 2nd missed delivery, shipping fees will be required and be borne by the customer.

  • Where are orders shipped from?

    All orders are shipped from France.

  • I’ve input the wrong delivery information on my order. What do I do?

    Please email us at contact@smartphonesreconditionne.com as soon as possible, and quote order number.

    If the order has been delivered, kindly return products without damaging the tamper-proof seal sticker on the box. We will not be covering shipping costs unfortunately.

ORDER

  • I ordered the wrong products. What can I do?

    If the order is yet to be fulfilled, please email us at contact@smartphonesreconditionne.com as soon as possible with order no. and correct order.

    If the order has been delivered, kindly return products without damaging the tamper-proof seal sticker on the shipping box. We will not be covering shipping costs unfortunately.

  • I received the wrong products

    Please email us at contact@smartphonesreconditionne.com within 7 days of receipt of goods, with an image of the item still in the shipping box. Tamper-proof seal sticker must not be broken. We will make arrangements to replace it.

  • Can I cancel an order?

    Orders cannot be cancelled.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

If your order goes missing or arrives damaged or defective, we can assist with a replacement. Please be sure to reference your order number with all communications with our customer service team for faster processing.

  1. Outbound shipping fees are not eligible for refund and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping cost is equal to the initial shipping rate.
  2. If a package is confirmed delivered by our logistic partners, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.
  3. We cannot accept responsibility for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we will not give a replacement or issue a refund.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • Returns

    Yes, product can be returned with the following conditions:

    1. Email contact@smartphonesreconditionne.com with return request within 7 days of receipt
    2. Product tamper-proof seal sticker must not be compromised
    3. Return shipping will be borne by customer

    Refunds will take at least 30 days to be processed.

  • Refunds

    Refunds are done on a case by case basis. Please contact contact@smartphonesreconditionne.com with order number and request within 7 days of receipt of product.
